1. About us
This website is operated by Mooncom B.V., trading as Mooncom, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 85442534, with its registered office at Hoeksewaard 44, 1181 CE Amstelveen, Netherlands. You can reach us using the contact form on this website.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not by themselves create a consulting relationship. Consulting services are provided only under a separate written engagement agreement signed by both parties, which sets out the scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms for that engagement. Where these terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails.
3. Our services
Mooncom provides advisory and consulting services to e-commerce businesses in the areas of growth, analytics and paid advertising. We do not sell goods, we do not hold client funds, and we do not process payments on behalf of clients or their customers. No products or services can be purchased through this website.
Where an engagement involves managing advertising spend, that spend is paid by the client directly to the relevant advertising platform. Mooncom does not receive or hold client advertising budgets.
4. Website content
The content on this website is provided for general information only. It does not constitute professional, legal, tax or financial advice, and it should not be relied upon as the basis for any business decision. We take care to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or that it will be available without interruption.
5. Intellectual property
All text, design, graphics and other material on this website are owned by Mooncom B.V. or used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not reproduce, republish or distribute any part of this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Ownership of deliverables produced during a consulting engagement is determined by the relevant engagement agreement.
6. Confidentiality
Information a client shares with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties except where the client agrees, or where disclosure is required by law.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mooncom B.V. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or data, arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness. Liability arising from consulting engagements is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
